Robozant provides AI automation consulting, development, and managed services including AI agents, chatbots, WhatsApp automation, voice AI, and workflow integrations. Specific deliverables are defined in your proposal or service agreement.
Consultations & Proposals
Free strategy calls are provided for informational purposes and do not create a binding contract. Paid engagements begin upon signed agreement and receipt of applicable fees.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information required for project delivery
- Grant necessary access to systems, APIs, and accounts as agreed
- Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes
- Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to custom deliverables as specified in their agreement. Robozant retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robozant is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
